In 2018, the office of Khaled Yassin Fatani, founded in 1387 AH - 1967 AD, as the first Saudi office to practice the profession of accounting and legal auditing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, formerly known as (the Saudi Accounting Office) turned into the Khalid Fatani and Khaled Hawsawi Company, accountants and legal auditors - a company Professional - License No. 843/18/323 after joining the chartered accountant / Khaled Abdulaziz Hawsawi, License No. 474. And in early 2021, the partners joined Mr. Imad Al-Malki.

1976

Establishment of Khaled Yassin Fatani's office as the first Saudi office to practice the profession of accounting and auditing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its headquarters in Riyadh.

1981

Transforming the office into a joint professional company between Khaled Yassin Fatani and Abdulaziz Muhammad Daghestani in the name of the Saudi Accounting Office and the head office in Riyadh.

1992

Contributing to the establishment of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants with the issuance of the Noble Royal Decree No. (M/12) dated 13/5/1412 AH, according to which the Certified Public Accountants System was approved.

1997

The continuation of the company’s activity in all its branches and the death of Sheikh Abdulaziz Daghestani, may God have mercy on him. And the exit of the partner, Abdel-Wahhab Abdel-Wasa, and the transformation of the company into a sole proprietorship.

2004

Cooperating with a group of international professional companies such as (The Leading Edge Alliance), (Moores Rowland Internation), (Grant Thornton Mattar Associates), (Coopers & Lybrand)

2018

The conversion of Khaled Yassin Fatani’s office to Khaled Fatani and Khaled Hawsawi Certified Accountants and Auditors - a professional company, after the legal accountant/ Khaled Abdulaziz Hawsawi joined the office and headquarter in Jeddah.

2020

The entry of new partners to the company for the purpose of expanding the activities and services in line with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 and our development strategy and changing the name of the company to Khalid Hawsawi & Partners Company.
